Modern kitchen by Porcelanosa

The same people for whom I designed a really cool screened porch expansion also wanted a contemporary, open kitchen.  They found the cabinet manufacturer, Porcelanosa, on their own and selected the cabinet styles and colors themselves with the help of the in-house kitchen designer, Joanna.   This kitchen feels substantially larger now that the wall between it and the dining room has been removed.

Rustic room transformed to "Urban Asian"

No walls were added, but the relocation of some doorways and windows really made a huge difference in the flow of this space.  Drywalling over the logs didn't hurt, either.  Probably the most substantial transformation I've designed so far.

Wine aficionados' finished basement

This turned out to be one gorgeous space.  The owners wanted a generous bar area for gatherings but also wanted a separate room just for some wine tasting.  The wine room features multiple built-in cabinetry walls as well as a walk-in refrigerator.  And, when it's too early in the day for drinking, the exercise room gets some use (and even has its own refrigerator!)
